In this role, Dr. Friedenberg will help lead physician engagement and business development efforts, drawing on his more than three decades of clinical experience and his firsthand experience navigating the practice sale process. Dr. Friedenberg is a board-certified gastroenterologist who founded and led Great Lakes Gastroenterology before successfully completing a sale of the practice — a transaction in which Bayshore Growth Partners served as exclusive financial advisor.
